At Gateway, we are committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all. Each Sunday, we offer a variety of accessibility features to meet the diverse needs of our community:

• Hearing Loop: For those with compatible hearing aids, our Riverside Centre offers a hearing loop system, enhancing the listening experience during services.

• Translation in Over 50 Languages: Our Riverside Centre offers to ensure inclusivity for speakers of various languages, we provide subtitles in over 50 languages. Simply scan the QR code upon arrival.

• Wheelchair Access: Our building is accessible with ground-level entry, flat thresholds, and a wheelchair-accessible toilet, making it easy for everyone to navigate our facilities.

• Disabled Parking Bays: Both the Riverside Centre and Willesborough Junior School offer disabled parking bays are available at the front of the building, each with a dropped curb for convenient access.

• British Sign Language (BSL): At our 10:30 am service at The Riverside Centre, we frequently provide British Sign Language interpretation to support full participation for the deaf community.

• Baby Changing Facilities: We offer family-friendly amenities, including baby-changing facilities for parents and caregivers.

• Gluten-Free Communion: All communion bread is gluten-free, ensuring those with gluten sensitivities can partake without concern.

• Additional Educational Needs (SEN) Advisor: Our SEN Advisor is on hand to assist those with additional needs, ensuring access to our groups. At The Riverside Centre we provide a sensory tent and resources for children, recognising and accommodating their diverse needs to enhance comfort and engagement.
