Why
Keeping our children and adults safe is important to us. To ensure this, we have put several measures in place.
We are committed to following statutory and specialist guidelines in relation to safeguarding children and adults and will ensure that as a church all workers will work within the agreed procedure of our safeguarding policy. All workers will be appointed, trained, supported, and supervised in accordance with government guidance on safe recruitment.
We work closely with the Thirtyone:eight (formerly Churches Child Protection Advisory Service(CCPAS)) to ensure this is kept up to date with safeguarding procedures and policies.
